  1. Hi Linda, realy instructive. For most of my problems which I can’t manage by diet, vitamins minerals suneshine or physical excercise I am using Tapping from You& Garry C. In most cases it helps. If not, then I remember “self regression”, basicly Dianetic auditing but, both auditor and preclear am I because I don’t have a collegue to do it in pair. Now I saw you first time “life” on video and have a strong sensation that we 2 have met in our previous life, field airport ,Kent, 2.war. When is your next basic tapping workshop? I hope I will see you one day. Jan the Czech

    • Thanks for the feedback, Ferris – it’s amazing what gets done, and how easily, once we get beyond the resistance, isn’t it?

Looking forward to hearing your news when you get back from your trip – and do include a link to your website here when you comment again – pets and their people need what you do πŸ™‚

  2. Hi Jan

Great to hear from you again and thanks for the feedback. I do remember a brief Discovery Session with you some years ago but afraid I don’t have any recollection of field airport in Ken in WW2. I’m not known for my great memory though, so I wouldn’t discount the possibility!

If you use Facebook, try searching for EFT Groups, join a group and post a request for a tapping buddy – there are always people out there looking for a like-minded soul to tap with. If you use Linked-in, there’s also a dedicated group there:

This year I’m going to be concentrating on developing this new website and new area of specialty, so won’t be offering any EFT Workshops before the Autumn. Stay on the newsletter list to be informed of dates when they’re released.

    Happy tapping, Jan!

  3. Love this, Linda!
Great resource you’ve created here – it’s so engaging seeing a video and being able to copy what you do and say. Tell me you’re launching your own YouTube tapping channel πŸ™‚
Other ways of relieving stress? Probably exercise, laughing, having a good old cry!
    xx Jo

  4. Thanks Jo – I’m with you on the exercise, laughing and having a good old cry – would just add tapping to the last one to make it super-powerful.

Yes, I am launching a YouTube tapping channel (who would have thought it?) when I get my head around the tech side of how to do that (tap tap!). Stay tuned πŸ™‚

PS: I love the new ways of working with you that you’ve created – could you post a link here in case anyone is looking for fabulous illustrations for their websites/blogposts? – I haven’t worked out yet how to make that happen automatically.

  5. Linda this is amazing – tapping along with you somehow makes it more powerful. Keep up your fantastic work. X

  6. Thanks for the feedback Sheena – glad you found it helpful. I have more a-brewing, but if there’s any topics you’d like to see covered, just leave me a note.

  7. hi Linda
that was a great video, you explain everything really well. It made EFT so much easier to follow and even though only 8am it was good to put it into practice for the start of the week. I will tune in again as the week progresses, when I need to de-stress. I hope you make more shorts introductory videos and well done on your first video. if you need any help setting up a YouTube Channel give me a call. see you soon?

  8. Thanks Audrie – can’t believe how much fun I had doing it and I’m brewing up plenty more.

Look forward to catching up with you on a Netwalk, whenever the next one is πŸ™‚

  9. That’s lovely Linda – I did enjoy running through that. One point – you did say you could close your eyes, so I did, then discovered that you had moved on several points and I still had my eyes closed! It was still very relaxing though πŸ™‚

    • Ooops! Thanks for this Rosemarie. Perhaps I should be clearer with my directions!

Tapping is just as effective eyes open or closed though. And because the energy system is an integrated circuit, tapping on one point affects the whole system. So you can’t go wrong really – the only way to do it wrong is not to do it at all. πŸ™‚

  10. Hi Linda,
I though I’d give this a go before a mindfulness sitting session and can report that for me it is a really useful tool. In terms of becoming aware of the body and being more present with the practice of mindful awareness of the breath, whilst letting thoughts and feeling float merrily down the stream.
I be interested in trying any other tap along videos your have or could recommend as I find them an excellent tool to learning the technique.
Look forward to the discovery session

  11. Hi Colin

Glad you found it helpful. Did you see the one on ‘How to Finish Your Website’? It’s actually some tapping for procrastination – you can tap along and ‘borrow benefits’ on any task or project you’ve been procrastinating on. There’s a link to it at the top left of this page.

I’ll point you towards some more tapping resources when we’ve done the Discovery Session and I have more of an idea of what would be useful for you.

    See you soon!

PS: Please help get the word out about Tapping by sharing this video with people you know – everyone can use a little tapping πŸ™‚
