Hi, everybody, it’s Linda Anderson here of Tap Into Your Success and I’ve got a really fun, quick tap along song for you that you can share with your children. It works for older kids too, such as you and me, just to lift your spirits and give your immune system a boost which is what we all need in these really unprecedented times.

A huge thanks, first of all, to Allison Davies, Music Therapist down in Australia somewhere, for sharing the song. I’m going to post a link to her video below. I’m just adding in tapping here because I know that also brings you out of the panicky fight-or-flight freeze state and brings you back to a more resourceful space as it calms your nervous system down.

So tap along with me. I’ll do it slowly to start with so you can repeat after me and then, we’ll do a round together, singing together, okay? Here we go then. (And I apologise, I can’t sing either. But sing loudly and you won’t hear me!)

Take a nice deep breath.

Of course, you can go around that as many times as you like. And, as Allison says, it’s a really catchy tune so should be no problem teaching it to your kids. It’s going to help them feel more grounded and it will also help you feel more calm and grounded.

It’s really important now that we create that stability, as much stability as we can for the kids. And also, for ourselves and that we just come back into the moment, into our bodies, deal with whatever we can control, and do that from a more resourceful space after the tapping.
